Ebay Notifications and Offers

One thing I hate is getting offers from an ebay seller regarding an item you are watching for shits and giggles. No intention of buying or bidding on it. You just have some interest in how the listing goes for one reason or another. When you go to your My eBay and see the offer, it takes a minimum of seven clicks to remove it and go back to your main page. That is just ridiculous. Plus, if you are distracted while doing that, you might accidentally accept the offer. So I am always careful to click "decline offer". You also continually get notifications about an item that you only clicked on! So lame. I have tried to stop this crap in settings. You just cannot. You can stop all notifications of course. That is not an option for me.

btw, I did just buy the original issues of The Beatles Anthology 1, 2 and 3. Winning bid was $127. Shipping $5 for nine LP's. All LP's are mint and "looks unplayed" from a seller who seems like he knows what he's doing. They arrive tomorrow. I was also watching another listing that was ending 3 or 4 days after mine. Had I lost mine, I would have of course been all over that one. Same condition. I got what I thought was a great price and had anticipated this one going 30 or 40 bucks more since folks who missed mine were now on that one. It did not. It went for only $5 more. Shipping was more though. If you buy these separately on Discogs, you pay $55 to $95 each one.
