B&w
I selected the B&W series 800 804s; for the mains, the HTM3S for the center and the DS7 for surrounds and rear center. The DS7's were selected because of there size. I already have a dedicated HT room and the DS8S 24 inch width was to big. The demo I listen to was using the DS7s'.They sounded great and are perfect for my room.
The B&W PV1 sub was my choice given the room size that I have and comparing the room that I was in demoing the B&W''s
The PV1 had a great respone and tight ending bass.
As you know ther are plenty of subs out there and I did listen to many of them. Paradigm seismic, Rel, Martin Logan and as I mentioned in another post the SVS cylinder sub.
They all sounded great.
The PV1 is about the size of two bowling balls...not even...I did like the sound in a room that that was about twenty-five feet long, eighteen to twenty feet wide with a ceiling height of fifthteen feet.
My humble dedicated room is twenty five feet long, thirteen feet wide with a six and a half foot ceiling.
I beleive will work out well. If it does not I will be able to return the PV1 and choose another sub.
