Dymo Rhino 6000 issue.

Ok so here at work we have a Rhino 6000 for all of my departments labeling.

I have an issue with it though at the moment. I changed my cartridge and now my screen won't come on. Just whirs a slight bit every time I hit the power button, if and only if it is on battery, it won't do so when the AC cable is plugged in.

Just prior to changing the cartridge but battery indicator said i was full. Any thoughts as to what could be wrong? I just started a project to re-label and re-organize my data center and I need my labler.

Well, this is an industrial label machine, right? Did you call the maker?

I'm giving a thumbs up to any manufacturer who cares enough to send someone to just check on forums in general to respond to posts where people have a general question of this nature. It is something that not nearly enough manufacturers do, even if at times those people get dragged through the fire with some companies, it is always appreciated and good to see IMO.
