Im looking to purchase a dvd progressive scan/upscale player (1080i or p)
I've searched in the threads, and the recommendations I've seen are a bit out of my price range. I dont want to spend more than 120-130$
I am a fan of Panasonic, all of my other dvd players are panasonic.
How is the DVD-S53 as far as PQ when upconverting?
I beleive that the oppo and denon's are a bit out of my price range unfortunately.
Any other recommendations, is the toshiba a3 (considering it might drop down more in price (a bit)) a better dvd upscaler than the other dvd players in that price range?
is the a3 better than a regular oppo one?
also it needs to read dvd-r, +r dl and have a digitsl coax for audio
any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I am having a hard time searching good results on this one.
