I purchase a Yamaha DVD-s2300 a couple of weeks ago. Last night I went to play The Who's hybrid SACD of Tommy and The Yamaha does not seem to be able to read the first disk. The second disc works fine but the SACD layer of the first disc can not be read by the player. I exchanged my copy of Tommy this morning and now I find that the new copy is exactly the same. Has anybody else experience this problem with the Yamaha player. The CD works fine on my old Sony DVP-ns755v.
I would appreciate any help.
