Ok I sound like a broken record here
Use an additonal set of analog cables terminated at the Yamaha R/L Mixed
outputs and then to the receivers or pre-amps DVD R/L analog input

This is the way i had it set up for the review and I had -0- problems
I just evaluated the S-1500 for two chanel it is slightly better for DVD-A
it is the same and for SACD is it slightly better :)

So you had to do an extra setup to get zero problems or am i reading it wrong. I liked the 750 but for a few things that bothered me and might not bother the next 100 owners but i would have like to know what i now know about it before i got it.

Thank you for the info. :)
Do you have any impression of differences in video quality, would you spend the extra for the S-1500?

Ordered C750

Well, I went ahead and ordered the C750 (under the C6770 model - I hate that Yamaha plays the model number game). I decided the changer would be nice and didn't want to spend the extra $100 for the S1500. I'll post back with my impressions if anyone is interested. This will be my first DVD-A / SACD player and my first progressive scan DVD player (so what do I know?). Thanks for the review and these great posts.
