I have a Denon 3910 connected to a Denon 3085 via Dlink. I can play DVD-A and SACD fine (in fact great) but I cannot seem to get the DTS tracks on movies to play. Any ideas?

Did you check the settings for DTS on the player? All of the Denon's I've seen recently have had DTS enabled from the factory, which is unusual because systems that have a receiver that cannot decode DTS will create a "pink noise" kind of sound that may damage speakers if turned up too loud when the track starts to play. Due to that, most players have DTS turned off from the factory.

Make sure DTS is also set to bitstream or normal not PCM.

There are no settings for DTS on the 3910, the bit stream is set to normal.

Sometimes you have to get into the DVD menu and choose DTS but not everytime.
