I have a room that is 20' by 10'. Is this considered a large room or a small room. I am looking at purchasing Df Tech SM 450's as my fronts, SM 350's for the surrounds, a pro sub and either pc2000 or C/L/R2000 for the center.
Are these a good choice for my room size.

that's about an average sized room IF ceiling height is around 10' and the room is not open to other areas.

I hope for his sake, the ceiling isn't 10'. I wouldn't want a room that's 10' x 10' x 20'. Never use a room with dimensions that can be divided by each other.
Of coarse a room 8' x 10' x 20' isn't a lot better, all divisible by 2

The room is on the smallish side (< ~2000 cu ft). The 450s are a good choice. I'd look at the PM-1000s for surrounds and either center will work out great. I'd look elsewhere for the sub though for a better HT experience. Is this a 5/7.1 setup?
