Does anyone use 6.1 surround sound anymore? (instead of 5.1 or 7.1)?

I've toyed with the idea of experimenting with running 6.x.6 when I get to that point. My Rears are monted high, above a closet door. I could easily repurpose those as Rear Heights when I expand to Atmos. Though I don't have the room for floor standing Rears, I could allow for a Rear Center assuming it works...



We'll see.
