Does anyone have a DAT recorder for sale?

are you looking for portable or rack. Ive got a fostex d5 rack and a sony d10pro. You can probably pick one up on ebay for a good price. are you looking to do more recordings?

eBay is your best bet. They usually have a good selection. I recommend the TASCAM or the Panasonics.

if you dont like ebay(which would be your best route) it will be tough. datheads is dead, terripan tapes is gone. Check ebay, and tls recomendation of tascam is a good one and the panasonic sv series is nice, the d10 sony i use is from their pro divison(circa91) and i wouldnt recommend any of the consumer goods. Fostex tends to have heavy commercial use so be careful with them.

There's a pawn shop that I go to around here that has a DAT something or other. Next time I go I'll get a model#, price and warranty info (probably 30 day).
