You sure about that? Many of the so-called professionals say there's little difference between 192 and 96 but quite a difference between 96 and 48.

This experiment was also published in JAES, a peer reviewed journal paper. Many listeners, some well trained. In that experiment the only detectable differences were with the noise floor at very high levels, well above normal listening modes.

Those pros didn't conduct a proper test, I bet:D

I checked out that Divertimenti BD on Amazon.com. Some commenter there says its the first music BD to run at 192khz. I'm going to order it. I got to hear what 5.1 uncompressed PCM sounds like running at 192/24!

So do all BD movies run at 48? None at 96 or 192?
192 is usually reserved for 2ch music. Too much space for multi channel use and cannot hear it, period.
Movies are usually at 48k. So far haven't seen any at 96k but there may be some out there.
