I have a 722 receiver hooked up with HDMI to my Anthem D2v, and its bothered me for a while, but its seems that I am bumping up the volume for the Dish by at least 6db over the rest of my equipment just to get the same volume.

Is there any way to adjust that in the 722 to boost the output signal ?

There seems to be nothing in the D2v to adjust the input volume for me...

I dumped Dish long ago but can't you boost the gain on that input using your receiver's equivalent to IntelliVolume?

There is a setting in the menu for volume leveling. I have it turned off on mine.

Thanks guys....

Only adjustment in the D2v is for analog audio input, not HDMI...

Major, I switched that volume leveling to disable.... I'll give that a shot and see how it does... if I need to - I guess I can switch over to analog out and optical seeing as there is not HD audio being passed by these things anyways...

Appreciate your help guys... thanks
