OK I switched to DTV Now from DTV Satellite 2 months ago and LOVE the service. Hiccup here and there but my bill is 55 bucks less so I really don't care. I have an Amazon Fire Stick 4K and Roku Ultra as well. DTV Now works flawlessly on the Fire Stick 4K but on the Roku its a complete and total maddening mess! The FS 4K is beyond fast when bringing up the guide, going through the guide, changing channels. The Roku is the opposite in every single way. Its takes at least 10-15 seconds to bring up the guide, when the guide finally comes up it is at the first channel in Alphabetically order instead of the current channel you are on. Going through the channels in the guide is slow and changing channels is very slow as well. My questions are has anyone noticed the same things I do? Also do you think its a Roku issue or DTV Now issue? A combination? Its just so weird.
