Difference between HTIB & Assembled

Guys,

Could any one tell me whether an HTIB will reproduce DTS or DOLBY as an Componenet system.

eg: whether Sony DAV-DZ790K will deliver DTS or DOLBY as the Sony HT-DDW5000 does. Because for few HTIB I'm not seeing any seperate AVR.

Also I have seen people just making a entry level surround system with one DVD player and connecting 5.1 speaker system, will this will deliver DTS or DOLBY ?

Stay away from the HTIB. You are better of with a good entry level avr (like from Onkyo or Denon). The HTIB may reproduce those, but not very well. Also, this should be in the amp section of the forum.
