I've been looking for a player with better sound than my slowly dying Pioneer 578a. For a while I was going to get a refurbed 2910, but I kept missing the boat when a good price came around. Now I'm considering the 1920 because I can pick one up for around $225. I'm not interested in the Oppo player that many here have, no real reason, I just really want a Denon. Everyone I know who has had one has been very happy and the picture/sound quality has been very good.
Does anyone have any feedback on the 1920 players sound quality?
How does it compare to what I've got?
Am I better holding out for 'higher end' player?
