I ordered the AVR-4520ci today. It's new. $1,925 With S/H. It has the 3 yr. Denon warranty- from authorized dealer.
I'll be returning the AVR-A100 under the 30 day no questions asked policy on Monday.

I am happy for you. Now you know you have the flag ship, there is nothing in the market at the moment that tops this one in overall balance of features and quality, not as far as I know. Just don't expect it to sound better than your previous ones, but if you get a nice surprise please report back and I promise I won't use the P word.
