Been having issues with losing audio. Just pops and gone. But only zone 1. Zone 2 fine. Zone 2 extra speakers only. No monitors. Had in shop for a month. They said nothing wrong. Started all over again a few months later. Sometimes audio will come back on if I cycle through inputs, sometimes it won't. Sometimes if I shut it down or even unplug for a while it would come back on. BTW-all this only when watching TV.Trying to keep this short. Anywho. Mama says &*$@!%%)*&%$# get me a new receiver! While unhooking everything to put in a new Yamaha 575 I notice 2 things. Have HDMI cable from set top box (FIOS) to receiver AND there's also coaxial going from the R/L audio out to the DBS inputs on back of 3806. This strikes me as odd. And on the DVD player, there is a optical cable output to the Denon AND coaxial audio output cables. Could this cause a problem? I welcome all input. Thank you for your time.
