DENON AVR 3805 and 4 Ohm ?

I ask my original question to Axiom, and yesterday I got petty much the same ansewer(see below) that you guys (Gene-Mr T-Toquemon-Peng-Nova-T Period and Kodes3 ) had for me . Now I have to wait a other 10 days before the renovation in our theater to be finish . After that, I be able to enjoy movie on my big screen again.

The M80Ti are indeed 4 ohms, the good news is that though not stated the AVR3805 has a robust power supply and will aloow for the operation of the M80Ti. This of course is subject to room size, so if the system is placed into and area of 3000 cubic feet or less, you will not need to drive the receiver hard to receive the output required for excellent coverage. If the area is larger and you do want to playback loudly, another amplifier would be best suited.

Bi-wiring does not have anything to do with the ohm load..

I've got a 3805 with three 4 ohmers...

I've got the following setup running off my 3805:

2 - Polk LSi 15 (4ohm)
1 - Polk LSi C (4 ohm)
1 - Polk FXi3 ( 8 ohms)

I've been running with this setup now for a few weeks without problems.
I play it loud and long and the 3805 gets warm...but never excessively
hot. I have a Denon POA2400 200 wpc amp I bought off EBay that is on the way. I will use that to power the LSi15's to alleviate the strain...but I've seen
no indication that the Denon wouldn't be able to handle this setup indefinitely.

A good quality amp (B&K, Adcom, Parasound) to drive the two fronts can be had for just $300-400. You will get better sound out of your fronts and won't tax your precious 3805 as much. That's a $1200 MSRP investment so it's worth protecting for the long haul...

Axiom M80 and Denon AVR3805...

I have two Denon AVR-3805... One have a defective channel so I now have one in 100% working condition and the other with a "blown" channel. I am wondering if I can do something interesting with the M80's I have... In fact, what I would like to do is to drive the front speakers with one of my 3805 and all the rest of my home theater with the other 3805 (the 5 other speakers). My concern is, if I put the M80's on one and hook the pre-out to the 3805 wich have the M80's, I would basically have to put the volume fairly high because when I would turn up the volume of the first Denon, it will send more power to the pre-out (?). Anybody can point me in a solution for what I would like to do (???).
