Denon AVR 2805 vs. 985

Are the denon avr2805 and the avr 985 the same unit? I heard this is ture, if so why the different name and price? Can someone PLEASE help me are there ANY differences?

They seem to have the same specs and the same MSRP on Denon's Website

Yes, they are the same model, re-numbered for different channels (retail vs mail order, etc). Note that the 2805 is available in Black or Silver but the 985 is only available in Silver. Also, the 2805 comes with a 3 yr warranty vs 1 yr for the 985.

I am going to buy the 985
