Denon AVR-2311CI or Pioneer VSX-1120

I planning to buy either the Denon AVR-2311CI or the Pioneer VSX-1120 this week. I can get the Denon's price near amazon.com's price on the Pioneer. I would like to know which receiver is better?

Better receiver in what way? If you play a signal through either of these, into mainstream speakers, you will not hear a difference.

If there's a feature you want/need that one has & the other doesn't, go with that.

For myself, I'd go with the Denon due to Audyssey MultEQ.
