Denon AVR-1912

I purchased a Denon AVR-1912 at Best Buy today. It was a display model. It is in impeccable condition- not a scratch. Anyway- I got it for $138.00 plus tax .
This AVR is incredible audio wise. Get off you chair and get one. The build quality is very good.

Agree, the only thing I wish it had, that the lower model has, is Audyssey XT. If you don't need more power, it is the one to beat even at $500. For what you paid, you got yourself an incredible deal.

Thanks- it won't replace my Integra DHC-80.2 and Outlaw Model 770- but Denon is to be commended!

Great buy...
As long as it had its primary remote control and full warranty. The 1912 is assembled by the Sherwood factory..

The remote that came with it is for the AVR-1913- but it works well.
As for the warranty- it's just for like 30 to 40 days. But an additional warranty for 1 year costs an additional $40.00 and a 2 year warranty goes for $60.00. I have not purchased the additional warranty- yet. I'm considering it though!

If the unit was a demo but never sold or registered..
It will carry the new full Denon warranty.

Sold my Denon AVR-1912 / bought a Denon AVR-3312

I just purchased a Denon AVR-3312. The AVR-1912 so impressed me that I purchased it's sibling with more connectability and Audessy XT! I think the two are very similar as far as the amp section is concerned.
