DENON AVR 1905 - channel selection help

Hi everyone,

I am looking for some help with a Denon AVR 1905. I have a 5 speaker setup, and one of the sound settings that I have always been able to choose, was 5 Channel Stereo.

Recently, when I select that option, it displays 7 Channel Stereo, and I am pretty sure the sound is not as good as it was with 5 Channel selection.

I don't know if someone accidentally pressed some buttons on my amp or what, but for the life of me, I can't get the 5 channel option back.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You may want to double check with the owner's manual but I think with the 19XX, if you want 5CH you may have to use the speaker configuration setting. I don't think there is a button for you to toggle between 5 and 7CH.
