Denon Audyssey Mult EQ setup question

Can you run the Audyssey Mult EQ setup multiple times on a Denon 2311CI receiver or is the setup one time deal? I am looking at getting this receiver but I will be starting off with only 2 speakers but upgrading to a 5.1 system as funds become available.

To start Audyssey anytime, all you do is plug in the provided mic. You could do it later, multiple times as much as you want.
