Denon 756S vs. Denon 1920?

I'm looking for a cheap-ish upconverting DVD player that has good HDMI/DVI quality. People seem to refer to Denon a lot, so I looked at their players, and found these two players that are priced the same, and according to the checklist comparison have all the same features and specs.

The only difference I can see is that the 1920 is listed as a "universal" player (though it looks like the other one plays all the same stuff), and that you can get in black or silver, where the other one only comes in silver.

I was looking at the Bravo D2 earlier as it had plenty of good reviews, but apparently its no longer available.

Ideally I could find one that had a few features from some other players as well. I saw a review of the NeuNeo HVD2085 that said it would automatically play the movie when the disc is inserted (no menu unless you want it). There was also a feature from the Bravo D2 and Sony NS975V that would auto-detect the frame format if the source material was 4:3, and automatically add bars to the sides to avoid stretching. Sure its lazy, but the fewer buttons my family has to figure out, the better.

I doubt there are any inexpensive players out there that have all these features, but it would be nice! :D

They are the exact same player. Denon runs two model numbers for thier different models, a retailer model and a distrubtor model. The distributor model, the 756s, is only available in silver. It is an awesome player for the money. I highly recommend it.
