What is the difference between HDMI (Y Cb Cr) and HDMI (RGB). Where should I look to get advice on connecting this to a toshiba 30HF84 HD TUBE TV. I have a HDMI cable that I am using now. What do you choose for the output 480, 720, 1080 for the denon.
