No. There is not. The funny thing is that my dvd player works, cable, and xbox. The only thing that doesn't work is anything that I hook up that's not component. I have everything hooked up to my receiver and just one output to my t.v. (component). So maybe there is something messed up with the scaler on my receiver. Huh???
Interesting. But, do you now have two issues, on screen display(receiver?) which should have no bearing on what and how you have components connected, on screen display from other components? And, do you also have problem with non-component video connection to receiver?
If your video connection that are less than component(composite and s-video) go directly to TV, do you still have the issues or only when it is going through the receiver. If only through receiver, you have a transcoding issue with the receiver, cannot properly convert composite or s-video to component.
Is this something new? Still under warranty? Contact the company?
