Def TEC Mythos ST Speakers

I just bought a supercube reference sub woofer for my surround system since then my center channel speaker went out and i want to replace my front and center channel speakers with the def tec mythos ST for my fronts and a mythos 10 for my center channel has anyone used those speakers with the supercube reference sub and how do you like it also how did you set it up i'll be useing a denon 5800 reciever

celtic, like the 7000 series, try the Mythos ST as small and crossed at 40hz. I have thoroughly tested the STS and the STS speakers and felt set as large the bass was very muddy but set to small and crossed it had fantastic bass, since you already have the sub, you may find it best to use it this way. If you buy the ST's try it both ways (large and small) but listen very carefully for muddy bass.

Unfortunately, the 5800 has a set x-over at 80Hz unless it has the upgraded Bass Management package. Since you have Reference sub, I’d suggest the Mythos Ones instead of the STs.

Thanks for the advice I've already put a deposit on th ST's and I'm going to try setting them both small and large.
