But perhaps killing these predators (quickly, within a year or two, and speeding up all appeal processes) that know no boundaries will end this seemingly now popular crime that is amongst the most horrific of evils.

I am only against the death penalty if one thing were true; that being prisons were someplace you would NEVER want to go. Since that is not the case, then put them to death.
