Death Penalty for Child Predators

The death penalty is now enacted in the fifth state for child predators.

I am generally against penalties used as deterrents, as I believe penalties ought to punish the crook for the crime he committed, and no more, and deterrents seem to go past that boundary. But perhaps killing these predators (quickly, within a year or two, and speeding up all appeal processes) that know no boundaries will end this seemingly now popular crime that is amongst the most horrific of evils.

All I can say is GREAT, now lets make it a federal law. I am only against the death penalty if one thing were true; that being prisons were someplace you would NEVER want to go. Since that is not the case, then put them to death.
