My roommate ruins so much music for me!
He hums, taps, sings, ect. along to like all of my music!!! It drives me nuts sometimes.

My rant is over now. Anyone have similar experiences in having music ruined for them?
Try sealed headphones. You can shut out the world and keep them from hearing your music at the same time - no more acompanyment from roommate.

How about people that visit and ask you to play some music. As soon as you do they stand right in front of a speaker and start singing. Their singing is usually really bad.
A lot of females that visit want to hear the same song over and over and over and over and....... What's up with that?

You need to look for different friends. NO ONE I know does that.

In the mean time, you might start enjoying instrumental music with no lyrics, and play that for the annoying friends you now have. Here is an excellent choice:
