Sorry never had to remove the foam from my old Time Windows, Finally sold them in 2012 when I moved still regret it. That foam doesn't look bad for the age of those Windows are you sure you really need to replace it? If you cant tell I am a huge Time Windows fan maybe my best speakers ever.

Yes they need to be replaced. Times have been hard on the foam.

I'm a little confused. By "foam" are you guys talking about the grille material or speaker surrounds?
