Bought it last year, works just fine but do not put it above an amp rack or anything else that generates heat. Anything over 90°F will have it making a whine. Manual says max operating temp is 95°F or so, and it's spot-on. Isolated or at the bottom of a rack will work just fine. Have original box, but no manual. $165 shipped in the 48 states.

Bought at around same time last year, works just fine. Replacing both EQ and crossover since now I'm using a dbx Driverack PA2 in their place. $105 shipped.
