Dayton HSU Subs

What's the skinny with these new subs at Partexpress? For example:

Anyone know what the differences are? Different amp, driver, etc...

They look like entry level Hsu subs, and I have no clue about the quality compared to Hsu Research subs. I just sold my Hsu VTF-3 HO Turbo, and it had a 7 year driver warranty, and a 2 year plate amp warranty.

Wow. Be interesting to see what quality they are. If I'd seen these (and just last week I checked Parts Express for their other subs and didn't see these listed), I'd have considered one of these.

I believe they use Dayton parts, but are designed by Dr. Hsu. They have been available for at lest 3 months, though I haven't heard anyone talking about them nor have I seen a review.

Seems like Hsu is getting their fingers involved in a lot of places. They are involved in the BIC Acoustec H100 subwoofer, too.

I don't think any of them are available yet. At least they weren't a couple of days ago. The availability date keeps getting pushed farther away.
