You need to read the manual- there's no way to answer without knowing anything about the rest of your system.

Taking a look at the back panel that model amp uses phoenix inputs, so you'd likely need something like an rca to phoenix cable to connect to your avr's sub pre-out. As to hooking the subs to the amp it looks like bare wire or perhaps spades would work on your sub cables. I'm assuming you have passive subs....
