Corner Bass Blockers- High or Low?

I ordered a set of 4 corner/wedge bass blockers (48" height) for my eventual room in House 2.0. Do I need to cover the entire corner, floor to ceiling (i.e. buy another set)? Ceiling is 8 feet.

Or will the 4' pieces be adequate?

And if I'm fine with the one set, is the optimal placement low to the floor, flush with the ceiling, or right smack in the middle?

I won't have my gear in this room until late August/early September... just moving along and planning and buying as I can find deals or get funds.

Kevin, they are are know as 'traps', as for ideal placement, floor to ceiling

Ack... you mean I can't glue these to the wall???

:p Eh, stupid typo. Forever preserved by the internet now. But thanks for the answer! I'll get another set of traps soon as I'm able.

you know, it's a fairly simple DIY project if you feel up to it !

I wouldn't even spend the money until you are set up in the room and able to run sweeps in there.
