Connecting a Subwoofer to a Yamaha RX-V1500

Hi There. I just bought a Sony SA-W2500 active sub and connected it to my Yamaha RX V1500 amp. I used the SUB output on the amp, but the Sub doesnt seem to receive a signal.

Should I use the speaker output to do a connections or is the RCA connection suppose te work?

No you need to go in to the menu settings and set it up mate
