I never buy new stuff unless I sell my old stuff, so here's the stuff I plan to upgrade up for sale:

1 Intel Core2Quad Q6600 CPU
1 4GB kit of OCZ DDR2-800
1 2GB kit of Mushkin DDR2-1066
1 nVidia QuadroFX 3450 w/ NV5 Silencer GPU heatsink/fan

Why?

Replacing with a Core2Quad Q9550, an 8GB kit of DDR2-1066, and a QuadroFX 4800.

Why are you upgrading? The LGA775 socket is going away soon. I'd wait for Westmere at least and overhaul then.

I'm going to wait for the Bridges or Haswell.
