I don't see this ending well, but heres what you can do. The bose satellites connect with a single cable each to the back of the acoustimass module right? The only way you could use the bose satellites with the klipsch sub would be to cut those wires, determine which are the + and - wires inside, then connect them to push connectors on the back of the klipsch sub. This will DEFINITELY void your warranty.
Those bose satellites are probably just 1.5 inch cheap paper cones. The only reason I can think of as to why you would think they sound better, is because the bose speaker system has a built in DSP or digital signal processing. According to the website, it "adds spaciousness and ambience." Definitely not something I would want coming out of my speakers if my goal is accurate reproduction. Also, putting the bose satellites on the klipsch system will remove all DSP that bose has put in place to compensate for the cheap components that they used.
Instead of trying to use two proprietary systems together, my advice is to return them/sell them, and start off with a receiver and some quality bookshelf speakers. You will get much better sound quality, and you'll have many more options.
