I have the above wired in my house right now....And I don't know if this makes a difference, but I live not even 20 feet from the fence of a navy base....My question is that I have 18 guage rg-6 coming in from the road, would I benefit in swapping out my house wiring to the 18 guage Perfect Vision from the 22 Coleman?...Like will it help clear out moving lines on the tv channels? I'm a noob at this sorry...I can run wiring but I don't know much about cables themselves...

Highly doubtful. Unless the cable is garbage (as in no shielding, etc), then it might. But 22awg should be sufficient for a coax run. At least I think so.
