I love a good cup of coffee. I use the french press method and I have a Breville electric kettle that heats the water to the precise temperature. I use a burr grinder and a steep time of 3:45 is perfect plus or minus a bit depending on the beans.
I was surprised when I moved to Scottsdale that the Safeway store near my house, which is probably the biggest Safeway I've seen complete with a wine cellar, actually has a coffee roaster and roasts coffee fresh in the store. I have been having fun trying a bunch of different beans/blends.
