Hello, any suggestions?

After attempting to connect 3 good coaxial cable sources from my home, from any of the existing sources that works perfectly well when the TV's are connected to it...I can no longer pick up ANY channels from the tuner on the Denon S-101.

I currently suspect that the connector from the Denon has just gone faulty as interesting enough if you insert the coaxial cable just very slightly in I do pick up a signal but as soon as i insert further in and turn the screw the signal dissappears...???

I just have a hard time beleiving that this connector is broken?...now unless there is a special setting from a Denon on-screen menu point of view that I need to change?...

thanks Marc.

Clarification please...

What are you expecting to pick up with the tuner in the S-101?

What type programming do the "3 good coaxial cable sources" deliver? the fact that you state that three TV's work well with them causes me to think they are TV sources.

I think the S-101 tuner is designed to pick up FM, not TV, so if you are connecting TV cables to the Denon, there might be your problem.

You might try an FM antenna and then get back to us.
