I'm a big classical music fan, and I just recently came across a great album, by Ronan Tynan. He used to be one of the three Irish tenors and is now considered the world's most famous Irish tenor. A friend of mine that works with Universal gave me a copy of his CD, and I was surprised with how good it was. But I was curious to see whether very many people had heard it. Have you heard his music? What do you think of it? I know they have clips up on his website (www.drronantynan.net) if you're interested in checking it out or you've got some time to kill. Let me know what you think either way.

Not Ronan, but John McCormack. Yeah, I know he died in 1945, but his artistry is unmatched. See http://www.mccormacksociety.co.uk/ for some mp3's of complete classical numbers and Irish songs. Ronan Tynan isn't bad, but he's hardly on the same level!
