Choosing new receiver

I'm in the process of building a home theater for my basement. My speakers consist of 2 Polk RTi10's (front), 1 Polk CSi5 (center), and 2 Polk RCi80's (in-ceiling surround). I'll be looking into getting a sub as well.

I'm looking for a receiver that will function well both for music and movies for me in the price range of $300-$400. I guess I really don't need 6.1 or 7.1 capability since I only have 5 speakers, so I could go for a model that isn't brand new. Any suggestions?

Try the Pioneer 1014, can get for $400 delivered, great receiver for the money.

an Onkyo 501 or 601 (last year's models) are pretty decent choices.
