Choosing between two subs

I am trying to decide between a Paradigm Persona and a Perlisten D212s. My primary concern is music fidelity - but I also will be using it for movies. It will be paired with two Sonis Faber Extremas, a Linn Akurate 225 center, and 2 Linn Katan rears. The media room is 19'x15'x9'.There is no Perlisten dealer in my area so I can't test it with my own ears. And the local Paradigm dealer does not carry the Persona model. The Perlisten got a great review from Audioholics but I have not seen a review on the Persona. A friend let me listen to his Paradigm Signature Sub 2 in my room and it sounded great - but it is a monster and requires 220v which I don't have. Any advice would be welcome.

If you want muscial fidelity, get a multiple sub system and calibrate it. One sub will invariably have a wonky in-room response. Three or four OK subs will sound better than a single uber sub.

I’d check hsu, psa, svs or similar more cost effective subs then one super expensive one. As said above multiples help smooth out the bass. Jtr also.
