Cheap Reliable Noise Canceling Earbuds

Title says it all. Just looking for a cheap ($15 and under) set of noise canceling earbuds. I wear them at night and listen to shows and podcasts to fall asleep every night. Noise canceling is important since my wife falls asleep as soon as her head his the pillow and... let's just say she's a noisy sleeper, lol. So with that in mind they don't have to be "audiophile quality", but that would be a nice perk if possible with the tiny budget.

I can't seem to find a set that lasts more than a couple of weeks before one side stops working. I actually like these ones but I've gone through 2 sets of them now.

I doubt you will find a cheap pair that would actually last. Might be hard to find long lasting pair on higher price as well as sleeping with them can be quite harsh for them. Some wireless without a cord could last but those aren't cheap though, but for sleeping purpose I think the wire is the weakest link.
