Cheap A/V preamp suggestions

I need a cheap A/V pre-amp for sub-par audio equipment. Just needs some basic switching a volume knob and input selector on the front.

It would be nice to be in under $200

I found this old Yamaha Model Yamaha RX-V640 for around $280.

Any model regardless of brand you can point me to?
