I have a 2.1 system with a pair of Wavecrest Hvl-1 and a HSU Stf-2 would it be better to get a center of wavecrests and some rears if it's only me listening or getting Klipsch r-15m bookshelf and 25-c center and moving the wavecrests to the rears

Also I was looking into the pioneer vsx 530-k AV receiver for $229 is that good or is there a better one

I'd stick with Wavecrest throughout. If you can manage it just get another HVL-1 to use as your center as well.
