Center channel to pair with B&W 683's?

Hey guys i just purchased a pair of B&W 683's and I'm looking for a center to pair with them. My obvious first option was the B&W HTM61 but i have been reading a lot mixed reviews. Has anyone ever heard it with this setup or have any other suggestions? Thanks!

Can i ask why you would choose the 685?

the 62, I have heard the 685 with the 62 center, I haven't heard the 61 center, but the 62 and 685's sounded decent. I have heard mixed reviews of the 61 also, haven't heard it for myself, but the 62 did the job... A good friend of mine has the 685/62 in his rec room powered y a denon avr, the room is around 300 sq ft and it all works..

Mixed reviews from whom?

Are you buying from a dealer? If so, just audition for yourself. Forget those "mixed" reviews.

When I had my 683s, I read all those reviews about the 61 and 62 also, the dealer close to me never had them in the store to listen to, so I ended up just getting the previous series CC6S2 center channel and it worked fine for me and used market prices were reasonable.
