center channel to go with Yamaha NS-A100XT fronts

I got a really good deal on these and now I want a good center to match them. I was told that I need to get the matching center to get the best sound. Is this true or can I just pick up a decent center and not worry about it.

also, anyone ever use the speakers in their big screens. My 57" Toshiba has an input to use the speakers as a center and was wondering if anyone has got good results from doing that.

Check out Yamaha NS-333C at BB or Tweeters, closest match to the AX-100T and good price too.

I tired using my 53" SONY Kirrara Basso's in-built speakers as center but it was a waste as the sound just didnt have the coherence of a true dedicated center speaker.

do you mean the NS-C444? i have seen those for under $100 and wondering if that was a good match

Very sorry, I meant the NS-444C, Yamaha's modeling system confuses many and that includes a veteran Yamaha owner like myself, at under $100 they are a very good deal as they have the clarity needed for a good center speaker.
