Center Channel help

I'm looking to buy a new center channel that has good quality but won't kill my wallet. Need some suggestions from those who are more knowledgable than I. Thanks.

How much money will kill your wallet? What reciever are you currently using? What speakers do you currently have?

I didn't want to spend more than $200 if possible. I currently have 2 Yamaha NS-555 3-Way tower speakers and an old Sony receiver that is actullay next on my list to replace. (a future post for a new receiver will probably be coming soon.)

You may want to think about the Yamaha NS-C444 center channel for $149 each:

You may even try a NS-555 as a center channel, depending on the display height.
